RYZZ Returns & Store Credit Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from RYZZ. If for any reason you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully:
Key Return Details

Return Window: We offer a 2-Day Return Policy. You must register your return request within 2 days of the delivery date. The return window automatically closes after this time.

No Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds for any reason. All eligible returns and exchanges will be processed as Store Credit only (issued as a Gift Card with unlimited validity).

Reverse Shipping Fee: A flat fee of INR 60 will be deducted from your store credit/voucher to cover the cost of the reverse pickup (collecting the item from you).

How to Initiate: Email us at support@ryzz.in within the 2-day window with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Unboxing Video Requirement (MANDATORY)
For any return request (damage, missing product, or dislike), a clear 360-degree unboxing video of the sealed parcel is mandatory.

The video must clearly show the original shipping labels and tags intact on the box.

Failure to provide the video as detailed will result in the rejection of your request.

We reserve the right to reject claims if there are visible signs of tampering with the packaging or if the evidence is insufficient.
1. Damaged or Missing Product
While we follow a strict three-layer checking process, if you receive a product that is damaged or if an item is missing:

Reporting: You must report the damage/missing item within 2 days of delivery.

Proof: The unboxing video must clearly show the damage/defect or the missing item upon opening the parcel (zoomed-in highlighting is required).

Partial Return: If you purchased multiple products, only the damaged/missing product will be eligible for store credit.

Credit Issuance: You will receive store credit for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
2. General Dislike (Change of Mind)
If you simply dislike the product upon delivery:

Process: You can email us at support@liliorigin.com within the 2-day window to arrange a reverse pickup.

Deduction: The INR 60 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Condition: The product must be unused and in good condition upon return. We will reject the request if the product shows signs of use, and no voucher will be issued.
Important Notes on the Return Process

Availability for Pickup: Once a return is scheduled, please ensure you are available and answer calls from the delivery partner. Canceled pickups due to unavailability will require re-initiation, increasing the overall timeline.

Non-Serviceable Pincodes: In rare cases where your pincode is not reverse-serviceable, we may request that you ship the product back to us using an alternate courier service.
Policy Exclusions

Order Level: Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis (meaning all eligible items must be returned together).

Combo/Gift Boxes: Any single item within a combo or gift box cannot be returned or replaced.

Promotional Items: Products purchased during a special promotional offer, clearance, contests, or any special scheme are final sale and cannot be returned or replaced.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Considering operational challenges and our quick dispatch timeline, we do not accept order cancellations. We kindly request customers to review their cart and avoid impulsive orders.
